General Inquiries

Each practitioner in the Cooperative sets their own rates based on their experience, training, and services offered. We encourage you to visit their individual profiles or reach out to them directly for specific pricing details.

All practitioners in the Cooperative accept some forms of insurance, though accepted plans may vary. Many also provide discounted private pay rates and superbills for out-of-network reimbursement if your plan allows. We recommend checking with your provider for coverage details.

Our therapists offer both in-person and telehealth sessions, depending on what feels best for you. Some clients prefer the convenience of virtual therapy, while others enjoy the connection of meeting in person. You're welcome to choose what works for your comfort and needs.

Just a heads-up: Mary occasionally has her certified therapy dog, Sunny, on site during her sessions. She is incredibly gentle, friendly, and only in the office on Thursdays.
